Mike joined Atai as Chief Financial Officer in 2026. He leads Atai’s financial strategy, capital markets activities and overall financial operations.
Mike has over 25 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience including executive roles, equity research and investment banking, and has executed a wide range of strategic and financing transactions.
Mike earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in civil engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in civil engineering from Columbia University.
